Floor Mania 2011

On the 29th May 2011, Soul Higher had an opporunity to join one of the largest breakdance event held in Kuching, known as Floor Mania, organized by Feasible Crew (Sarawak). Previously, Floor Mania was held last year for the first time at Feasible Dance Studio where Daus emerged as the champion of the solo category. However, in this edition, the competition was open to bboys & bgirls outside Sarawak, namely West Malaysia and Sabah and the categories available to participate were 7 to smoke and 3 on 3 battles. Daus participated in 7 to smoke and only lost a point to the winner of the category, Clinkz of Soul Techniquex Crew (Sarawak). For 3 on 3, Daus teamed up with Hafiy and Naz and they secured 3rd place as they were the only Sarawak team that made to Semi Final (lost to the winner of 3 v 3, Cypher Rockers from Melaka/JB). As usual, SoulHigherTV made a coverage of the event and we were honoured that our close friends and family came by to support us in the tournament.
